🚀 ORBIT MAYHEM — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how the ORBIT MAYHEM mobile game handles information when you play, create a pilot profile, and use its online leaderboard.

Information used by the game

• Pilot profile: the nickname and country you choose, including a country flag, are used to identify your leaderboard entry.
• Gameplay information: game mode (Normal or Hardcore), best scores, and related leaderboard records are used to maintain rankings.
• Device-local preferences: settings and profile information may be stored on your device so the game remembers your choices.
• Technical information: requests to the online service may involve IP addresses and standard connection metadata, which the hosting provider may process for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

Public leaderboard

Your chosen nickname, country/flag, and game score may be visible to other players through the global leaderboard. Do not put your real name or other personal information in your nickname if you do not want it to be public.

How information is used

Information is used to run the game, maintain leaderboard rankings, remember preferences, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service against misuse. The game is currently offered without in-game advertising.

Hosting and service providers

The game's online leaderboard uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical connection information to provide and secure the service. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Google Play and future account restoration

The Android application includes Google Play Games integration components. Account-based restoration of the pilot profile across devices is under development and is not currently guaranteed. If enabled in a future update, this policy will be updated to explain what account identifiers are used and how profiles are linked. Google services may process information under Google's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Leaderboard records may be retained while the leaderboard service operates. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. For requests to remove a leaderboard profile or ask about information associated with it, contact us at orbitmayhem.support@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to locate the correct record without disclosing another player's data.

Children

ORBIT MAYHEM is not specifically designed for children. Players should avoid entering personal information in public nicknames. Any age restrictions and audience declarations are described in the Google Play listing.

Security

We use HTTPS for communications with the online leaderboard. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy when features, data handling, or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
